Visualize Avalokiteshvara, the embodiment of all objects of refuge in the sky in front of you. From his body emits boundless rays of light and dissolves into all sentient beings which purifies our negative karma, eliminates our suffering caused by the negative karma, and enables us to obtain the supreme perfect enlightenment ultimately. By meditating on this and reciting the six syllable mantra of Avalokiteshvara “Om Mani Padme Hum”, we will have completed taking refuge, generating bodhicitta, making dedication and aspiration.
