- PROSTRATION PRAYER:
-by Sakya Paṇḍita Kunga Gyaltsen(1182 – 1251)
༄༅། བདག་གིས་མཆོག་གསུམ་དམ་པར་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བས།
From my prostration to the foremost, the three Jewels
བདག་དང་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དག་པར་ཤོག །
May it purify my and others evil deeds and obscuration
ལག་གཉིས་མཉམ་པར་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས། །
From adjoining my both hands and palms together,
ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་ཟུང་འཇུག་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །
May it brings Union of Wisdom and method
ཐལ་མོ་སྤྱི་བོའི་གཙུག་ཏུ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས། །
keeping my both hand together on the top of head
འོག་མིན་དགའ་ལྡན་གནས་སུ་བགྲོད་པར་ཤོག །
May this brings to the highest realms of Akanistha.
ཐལ་མོ་སྨིན་མཚམས་དཔྲལ་བར་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས། །
keeping my both hands together on my forehead,
ལུས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག་པར་ཤོག །
May this purify my body defilements
ཐལ་མོ་མགྲིན་པའི་ཐད་དུ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས། །
keeping my both hands together on my throat
ངག་གི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག་པར་ཤོག །
May this purify my speech defilements
ཐལ་མོ་སྙིང་གའི་ཐད་དུ་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས། །
keeping my both hands together on my heart,
ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག་པར་ཤོག །
May this purify my mind defilement
ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་སོ་སོར་ཕྱེ་བ་ཡིས། །
Opening my both hands and two Palms separately
གཟུགས་སྐུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་འགྲོ་དོན་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །
May my body and forms brings benefits to others
རྐང་གཉིས་པུས་མོ་ས་ལ་བཙུགས་པ་ཡིས། །
When touching my two knees on the ground,
འཁོར་བ་ངན་སོང་གནས་ལས་ཐར་བར་ཤོག །
May this liberate us from the Lower realms
ལག་གཉིས་སོར་བཅུ་ས་ལ་བཙུགས་པ་ཡིས། །
When touching my both hands and ten fingers on the ground
ས་བཅུ་ལམ་ལྔ་རིམ་གྱིས་བགྲོད་པར་ཤོག །
May this accomplish all ten stages and five paths!
མགོ་བོ་དཔྲལ་བ་ས་ལ་བཙུགས་པ་ཡིས། །
With touching my forehead on the ground
བཅུ་གཅིག་ཀུན་ཏུ་འོད་ཀྱི་ས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །
May this attained the eleventh stages, the complete illumination..
ཡན་ལག་བཞི་པོ་བརྐྱང་བསྐུམས་བྱེད་པ་ཡིས། །
When extending and bending the four limbs,
འཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞི་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །
May it accomplish the four activities spontaneously
རྩ་རྒྱུད་ཐམས་ཅད་བརྐྱངས་བསྐུམས་བྱས་པ་ཡིས། །
From extending and bending my entire nerve
རྩ་མདུད་ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་གྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །
May this releases all the channels and chakras
སྒལ་ཚིགས་དབུ་མར་དགྱེ་དགུགས་བྱེད་པ་ཡིས། །
With bending and crooking my backbone
རླུང་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་དབུ་མར་ཚུད་པར་ཤོག །
May all the wind energy enters the central channel
ས་ལ་ཐུག་ནས་ཡར་ལ་ལྡང་བ་ཡིས། །
From touching the ground and getting up again
འཁོར་བར་མི་གནས་ཐར་ལམ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །
May we find the true path and free from this Samsara..
དེ་ནས་ལན་མང་དུ་མར་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བས། །
From my prostrating continuously to the Three Jewels
ཞི་བར་མི་གནས་སེམས་ཅན་འདྲེན་པར་ཤོག །
May all sentient beings reside in equanimity forever..
བདག་སོགས་བརྐྱངས་ཕྱག་ཕུལ་བའི་དགེ་བའི་མཐུས། །
Through my prostration, whatsoever merits have I accumulated
གནས་སྐབས་ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་ཕུན་ཚོགས་ཤོག །
May it brings longevity,healthy and prosperity to all in this life…

1 གཟུགས་བཟང་པོར་འགྱུར་བ། 2 ནད་མེད་ཅིང་མཛེས་སྡུག་ལྡན་པ། 3 སྐད་སྙན་པོར་འགྱུར་བ། 4 ལྷ་འདྲེ་སོགས་ཀྱི་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པ། 5 ལྷ་མི་ཐམས་ཅད་དགའ་བ། 6 སྐུ་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཅན་དུ་འགྱུར་བ། 7 ཀུན་ཏུ་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་དང་འགྲོགས་པ། 8 ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆེ་བར་འགྱུར་བ། 9 མཐོ་རིས་སུ་སྐྱེས་པ། 10 མྱུར་དུ་ཐར་བ་ཐོབ་པ་བཅས་སོ།
